September Distribution Performance Report

In September, Earnest Machine experienced a slight improvement in both our Part Accuracy and Order Entry Accuracy performance metric. Additionally, our Quantity Accuracy metric has also held at or above goal for three consecutive months. However, our On Time Delivery continues to remain below goal as this metric is directly related to current stock-out situations due to ongoing supply chain shortages and challenges. Our team hopes to see this metric improve throughout October as we are currently awaiting an influx of inventory from overseas.

June Distribution Performance Report

In June, Earnest Machine continued to see an increase in our performance metric for On Time Delivery, making this metric one that has seen an upward trend for two consecutive months. This noted improvement is due to our teams continued focus on process improvement to ensure that we get available inventory out the door and that orders ship on time. April Distribution Performance Report

In April, we saw improvement in both our Quantity Accuracy and Order Entry metric. However, even though our team was excited to see these minor improvements, we know there is still a lot of work in front of us in order to maintain our performance and ensure we are meeting our set goals as a company. Currently, our main focus is to boost our On Time Delivery metric back towards an acceptable score. To do this, we are looking into further expanding our teams as well as embracing a strengths-based approach where we utilize our employee's unique talents and natural abilities.

February Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine is pleased to see improvement in two of our four performance metrics, Parts Accuracy and Quantity Accuracy, in February. January Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine is committed to improving our performance metrics so that we can continue to deliver the best customer experience possible. Our team is currently reviewing the processes related to each performance metric to determine if any further corrections are needed. We are confident in our team and we are focused on improving our distribution performance. While some of our metrics decreased in January, we are hopeful that we will see improvement in February. 


Part Accuracy: Our Part Accuracy metric fell by 0.08% and is coming in at 0.07% below goal.
