April Performance Metrics

April Distribution Performance Report

In April, we saw improvement in both our Quantity Accuracy and Order Entry metric. However, even though our team was excited to see these minor improvements, we know there is still a lot of work in front of us in order to maintain our performance and ensure we are meeting our set goals as a company. Currently, our main focus is to boost our On Time Delivery metric back towards an acceptable score. To do this, we are looking into further expanding our teams as well as embracing a strengths-based approach where we utilize our employee's unique talents and natural abilities. Doing so allows us to explore new ideas and engage our employees in new and exciting ways. You can be assured our team is working hard to address the issues related to each of our performance metrics and that we are on the correct path forward to push our metrics back towards our goals.
