Earnest Machine is pleased to see an upward trend in three out of our four Performance Metrics for the month of May. The steps we’ve taken as a company over the past several months are now leading us in the right direction, and while we are still hundredths of a percent away from meeting our set goals, our team continues to work hard to refine the processes we have in place and is striving to maintain consistency. At Earnest, we care deeply about the experience we provide to our customers and when we are underperforming, we know that experience suffers. With the positive trend we’ve seen in our metrics for May, we are excited to see how we perform for you in the months ahead.
