Your parts or ours. We can modify standard parts by cutting them down, drilling holes in heads or threads, or have parts custom plated to your exact specifications.
Our high-volume production and specialty drilling machinery can drill holes from 3/64” to 13/32” and anywhere in between.
We stock inch and metric hex head cap screws blanks (full body diameter non-threaded hex screws) and quickly cut them to length, thread and chamfer to your specific needs. Up to 19” in length
Our Applications Engineer can help you determine the right fastener for your specific application and help guide you through the entire production process from print to finished product.
We can take your existing print and manufacture from raw stock to the specified dimensions in a variety of standard and exotic materials.

Our customer service teams provide sales support from the ordering to the delivery of products
Our machining centers can drill to diameters as small as 1/32" in diameter.
We work with stamping operations that can punch thick steel parts in all shapes and sizes
Our threading tools can create threads in sizes from #8-32 to 3"-12 (M3-0.8 to M80-4.0) coarse and fine
Type 23 thread cutting screws are designed to cut their own thread in blind, untapped, holes or be used to clear paints and coatings in pre-tapped holes
Welding takes two or more parts and join them together using molten steel. The purpose of welding is so the pieces will not disassemble.
Emergency expedites available
Removing material from the inside diameter of a part.
Removing material from the outside diameter of a part.
We can manufacture as little as one part if that is all you require for your customer.
Keyways are always created for parts that will be used in rotating applications, such as attaching gears or pulleys to a shift. At Earnest Machine, we specialize in internal keyways.
We stock blank hex cap screws in diameters of 1/4" to 2" in lengths up to 20" and diameters of M6 to M42 for lengths to 200mm in length for metric sizes.
Depending on the complexity of the part, we can manufacture as many pieces as you provide.
Heat Treating is increasing the strength of a product through a heat treated furnace. The quench and tempering method is most commonly used at Earnest Machine.
Grinding of the inside diameter of parts can create holes with tight tolerances and surface finishes.
Facing is to smooth the end of a part in order to make it flat. For example, it’s critical in drilling jobs to first face the piece so the drill doesn’t slip and therefore you get a more precise hole.
The customer service department is here to help with all your product and shipping needs. Including blind drop shipping.
Our deep hole drilling department's equipment and fixturing ensures precise hole location and straightness on deep hole drilling.
Dog points (reduced diameter points) can be machined onto screws from 1/4" to 2" in diameter.
Our equipment can create keyways on the inside diameter of holes in diameters from 1/2" to 5".
Our boring tools are capable of creating or enlarging holes on the inside diameter of parts.
Earnest Machine can cut parts to the desired length, cut threads based on your specifications, and chamfer the edge to more smoothly accept a nut.
We work with a strong plating supply base to offer standard finishes such as Zinc Clear, Zinc Yellow, and Phos & Oil in a two week turnaround. We also work with our platers to offer more exotic finishes such as Magni 501, Magni 565, Geomet 321, and more.
