At Earnest Machine, we like to own our mistakes, learn from them, and look for solutions that will help us grow and improve as a company. When we reviewed our performance metrics for March, it became clear that we still have much work ahead of us to not only push our metrics back towards our goals but also maintain them. You can be assured our team is working hard to address the issues related to each of our performance metrics, leveraging their unique strengths and abilities to continually deliver our customers the right part, in the right quantity, on time, every time. While it may take a bit of time to see marked improvement, we know we are headed down the right path and Earnest Machine is excited to see how our performance improves throughout 2021.
