Earnest Machine experienced a decline in three out of our four performance metrics in August. Most notably, our On Time Delivery metric has been impacted the most as this metric is directly related to current stock-out situations due to ongoing supply chain shortages and challenges. You can be assured that our team is monitoring the situation closely and continues to look for improvements in our processes and technology to improve our customers' experiences.
