August Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine continues to exceed its On-Time Delivery goal of 96.75% for the eighth consecutive month this year!  Earnest again exceeded both its Part and Quantity Accuracy goals for August! The continued focus is their Order Entry Accuracy. There has been a steady increase in lines entered over the last three months while not experiencing an increase in errors, which supports the stabilization Earnest is seeing. Thirteen service guarantees were issued in August.

November Performance Report

As November concluded, Earnest Machine saw improvements from October. Part Accuracy and Quantity Accuracy finished above goal and while Order Entry Accuracy was below goal, it has been steadily increasing over the past few months. In October Order Entry was 99.86%, but rose to 99.89% in November.

Two steps forward, one step back

After a bumpy January in regards to Service Metrics, the team started getting their groove back in February. We worked hard to address our .01% shortfall in Quantity Accuracy and made a .04% improvement in Order Entry Accuracy.
