Earnest Machine has exceeded its On-Time Delivery goal for 11 months and counting. Additionally, they exceeded their Part Accuracy goal, though its Quantity Accuracy dipped slightly in November. Order Entry remains under goal, but has increased slightly from the previous month. Earnest addressed some process improvement opportunities with the Sales Support Team, and it appears to be pushing Earnest in the right direction. Sixteen service guarantees were issued in November.

Earnest Machine surpassed its 96.75% On-Time Delivery goal yet again…3 months in a row, with a 96.92% score for March!  Additionally, Part and Quantity goals were met or exceeded Order Entry will be a focus moving forward to get back up to or above goal. By digging into the 0.2% missing on this metric, it was identified as a training/awareness opportunity for our growing Sales Team.  In March, 24 service guarantees in response to those errors.  

We wrapped up August with some pretty great scores!   Way to go team!  We met our part accuracy and quantity accuracy goals and exceeded our order entry accuracy goal. Out of the 8289 lines shipped in August, we had fewer than five errors per metric, and we issued fourteen service guarantees in response to those errors.  Excellent job to all! 

Earnest Machine is pleased to announce we have passed this year’s ISO surveillance audit with no findings or concerns. To maintain ISO certification a company is subject to a three year rotation of audits beginning with a reassessment followed by surveillance audits the following two years.

Earnest Machine first achieved ISO certification over 20 years ago in order to meet a customer’s requirement. Since that time, Earnest has continued to pursue ISO and incorporate it into company culture.
