August Distribution Performance Report

August closed with two out of our four performance metrics trending in a positive direction. Our Quantity Accuracy increased by 0.04% and our On-time delivery experienced a significant increase of 4.25%, making this the largest increase we’ve seen in this metric this year! While it's great to see these metrics trending in a positive direction, our Parts Accuracy and our Order Entry Accuracy did experience minor decreases in August. However, with that said, our performance continues to remain consistent with no impactful negative fluctuations to be seen.

July Distribution Performance Report

July closed with three out of our four Performance Metrics trending in a positive direction. Our Parts Accuracy increased by an additional 0.02% when compared to how we performed in June, surpassing our set goal of 99.95%. Additionally, our Order Entry Accuracy improved by 0.10%, which pushed this metric above our set goal of 99.93%. And, we continued to see an upward trend in our On-Time Delivery, of 0.88%. However, our Quantity Accuracy did experience a minor decrease of 0.01% pushing this metric off goal by 0.06%

June Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine experienced an increase in our Parts Accuracy metric in June surpassing our set goal of 99.95%. Our On-Time Delivery also experienced an increase of 0.99%, pushing this metric closer to our set goal of 96.75%. However, our Quantity Accuracy and our Order Entry Accuracy experienced a minor decrease in June. While these decreases are minimal, our team continues to work hard to identify any areas of improvement so that we can create the best customer experience possible.

May Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine is happy to report that we experienced a 0.03% increase in our Parts Accuracy, which helped push this metric in line with our set goal of 99.95% in May. However, our Quantity Accuracy, Order Entry Accuracy, and our On-Time Delivery all experienced a minor decrease last month. While these decreases were only a few hundredths of a percentage, the visibility of any downward trend helps our team refocus our efforts and our attention to drive continuous improvement in how we operate, so that we can provide our customers with the best possible experience.

Earnest Machine is excited to report that we’ve experienced an increase in three out of our four performance metrics for April. Our Parts Accuracy increased by 0.01% and our Quantity Accuracy increased by 0.05%, pushing our Quantity Accuracy metric above our set goal. Not only that, but we are seeing continued improvement and stabilization in regard to both of these metrics.

Earnest Machine is pleased to announce that our On Time Delivery improved by 0.99% in March. This is excellent to see as this metric has now experienced three months of continuous improvement. Not only that, but both our Quantity Accuracy and Order Entry Accuracy held steady and experienced no change when comparing performance metrics from February to March.

February Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine experienced a minor decrease in only one of our four performance metrics in February. Our Quantity Accuracy metric fell by 0.07% and is coming in at 0.04% below goal. However, our On Time Delivery continues to trend upwards with an increase of 1.11%, making this metric one that has seen two consecutive months of improvement. Lastly, both our Part Accuracy and Order Entry Accuracy remained consistent between January to February.

Earnest Machine experienced a minor decrease in two out of our four performance metrics in January. While both our Part Accuracy and Order Entry Accuracy dropped only a few hundredths of a percentage, our Quantity Accuracy remained consistent from December, 2021 to January, 2022. Lastly, our On Time Delivery metric saw an increase of 3.98% and is trending in a positive direction towards our set goal of 96.75%
