March Distribution Performance Report

While it may not feel that we are performing at our usual standards, the numbers for March are encouraging in light of recent challenges. We acknowledge we are working through some difficulties, but we’re proud that we have held our numbers to a respectable level even though there has been a slight decline.  

Order Entry Accuracy took a hit mostly due to internal system cross reference issues and part set up. Since the errors originated from how the order was entered and not how the Distribution Centers picked the parts they were categorized under order entry. We have corrected and reviewed the cross reference and part set up issues in response to these errors and expect to see marked improvement in April.

42 service guarantees were issued in March.
