September Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine has reached its On-Time Delivery goal for the ninth consecutive month this year! Additionally, Earnest exceeded both its Part and Quantity Accuracy goals for September with a 100% for Part Accuracy. As the 4th quarter begins, the continued goal is to improve Order Entry Accuracy, though in September there was a decrease in errors in tandem with a lower volume of lines shipped resulting in a .01% increase. Thirteen service guarantees were issued in September.

July Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine exceeded its On-Time Delivery goal of 96.75% for the first seven months of this year! This is not only a reflection of Earnest’s excellent process management within its Distribution Centers, but also their Sales Team properly entering ship dates and Purchasing Team managing suppliers. During the month of July one or both of our DCs hit 100% On-Time Delivery seven times!

Earnest Machine continues to surpass its 96.75% On-Time Delivery goal…6 months in a row, with a 97.54% score for June! Earnest exceeded its quantity accuracy but fell short on its Part and Order Entry accuracy.  The plan is to continue to focus on Order Entry and Part Accuracy to get back up to or above goal using Earnest’s corrective action process. 15 service guarantees were issued in May.

Earnest Machine surpassed its 96.75% On-Time Delivery goal yet again…4 months in a row, with a 98.62% score for April! Earnest also met its Part Accuracy goal and fell just shy of its Quality Accuracy goal!  The continued focus is Order Entry Accuracy in an effort to get back up to or above goal.  Earnest is trending in the right direction as errors have decreased.  21 service guarantees were issued in April.

February Distribution Performance Report

Earnest Machine surpassed its 96.75% On-Time Delivery goal yet again with a 96.89% score for February! 

We met or exceeded our Part and Quantity Accuracy goals as well. We are focusing on our Order Entry Accuracy metric to get back up to or above goal.  We issued 24 service guarantees in response to those errors.

December Distributor's Performance Report

Earnest Machine finished 2018 by meeting our part accuracy goal as well as exceeding our quantity accuracy goal. We fell short of our order entry accuracy goal for the month of December. We have driven our On Time Delivery metric to just about half a percent away from goal with a consistent trend upward in Q4.

We have been focusing on our On Time Delivery metric, and our numbers are showing it! Out of the 6366 lines shipped in December, we had seven or fewer errors per metric, and we issued nine service guarantees in response to those errors.
