Joanne Lane works in sales and purchasing for Earnest Machine in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England, which is just a bit of a change from when she was a member of the Wolverhampton School of Dance and performed at local theaters.
While Joanne enjoyed dancing and performing for the audience, today she gets nearly as much enjoyment choreographing the resources at Earnest Machine to meet the needs of her customers.
When he’s not at work as a Key Account Manager for Earnest Machine, Chris Levicki spends as much time as possible in an alley.
It’s not a dark, scary alley where trouble could be lurking, even though Chris could likely handle it thanks to his brown belt in American Kenpo karate.
Randy Green is an associate at Earnest Machine’s Indianapolis Distribution Center, where he works hard to provide exceptional service for customers.
“I’m honest and reliable and am not afraid of hard work,” said Green. “I like working with people who have the same traits and, like me, are working hard to be intentionally better.”
While Randy’s work ethic pays off for Earnest Machine’s customers, it’s also helped him with one of his greatest challenges: getting is kids into college.
Rob Strassburg has been with the Earnest Machine team in Indianapolis for nearly four years, and in his role as account manager and as custom sales and sourcing, he helps customers with standard items as well as those “needle in a haystack” items such as latches, handles, hinges, knobs, and pins.
The ice is gone from Lake Erie and the water is slowly starting to warm. That means the fishing will soon heat up, and Mike Zolkowski plans to be on the water as much as possible, reeling in walleye and filling his freezer with fat fillets.
This year, Mike will be able to spend as much time as he wants on the water because he’s retiring on April 21 after 9 years at Earnest Machine and 41 years in the fastener industry.
