Quantity Accuracy score for the company as a whole was 99.93% falling
short of our monthly goals
•  Austell – 99.92%  - 3 quantity errors. 
•  Indy – 99.93%  - 3 quantity errors.
•  England – 99.87%   - 1 quantity error.
•  EMC - 100.00%   Excellent!
 
Order Entry Accuracy
Our Order Entry Accuracy was 99.96%, which is our 14th consecutive month above goal.

On-Time Delivery
On-Time Delivery for the company as a whole was 93.10%, which is below our goal. We are still working through steps to ensure that we achieve our on-time delivery goal. The breakdown by facility was:
•    Austell – 92.15%
•    Indy – 94.04%
