To Print Special - Penta Head Bolt

Stainless Steel Penta Head Bolts are readily available up to 1/2" diameter, but when a customer needed a short run of a 5/8" x 3 3/4" Stainless Steel Penta Head Bolt for their customer, they turned to Earnest Engineering & Manufacturing.

After a review of the print by our engineer, the Earnest Engineering & Manufacturing team went to work, sourcing the raw stainless steel bar, and planning the machining process. The stock was turned on the lathe to the speci ed diameter to form the integrated washers with an inscribed circle on the bottom face. The parts were then moved to the CNC mill to create the five-point head.

What made this an exceptional experience was the fact that we could turn the project around a week sooner than any other shop bidding on the project. As with all custom parts, care was taken in shipping the product to ensure the threads were not damaged in transit and all of the services provided were billed on a single purchase order.
