Earnest Machine Repositions Itself with “How Can We Help You Today?” Campaign

ROCKY RIVER, OH—October 22, 2015– “It’s a whole new Earnest” states Earnest Machine president Kirk Zehnder as the 67 year old company is putting the finishing touches on a customer-focused campaign built around the premise of “How can we help you today?”.

The campaign is one of many new upgrades the company is making heading into 2016, including a new website and e-commerce center, new brand identity and two new engineering and manufacturing centers.

“We have always taken pride in our commitment to putting the needs of our customers first, and we’re stepping it up several notches this coming year,” said Zehnder, “How can we help you today? is more of a promise to our customers than a question, that reaffirms the vision my grandfather had for the company when he founded it 67 years ago.”

“This new customer centric focus will allow us to collaborate more effectively with our customers to design services that meet their needs.” according to Zehnder, “For example, we have built a reputation of selling high-quality, hard-to-find fasteners, but most people don’t realize we can also design plans based on higher volume quantities. It’s about building relationships, understanding needs and partnering with our customers for their success.”

Meeting the needs of their customers is no more evident than the opening of two dedicated engineering and manufacturing centers in the U.S. and the U.K. that help customers to design and engineer custom fasteners, to print specials and traditional secondary machining services. “The addition of our Engineering & Manufacturing Centers allows us to provide a deeper level of service to our customers while promoting manufacturing and creating jobs both in the U.S. and U.K..” says Zehnder.

To help customers better grasp the company’s new capabilities and products, Earnest will launch a new website and e-commerce store in November. The new site (www.EarnestMachine.com) has been designed with an easy to use interface and the latest in e-commerce service technology.

“The new website will help us better communicate with our customers and provide a platform to deliver the story of the Earnest brand.” said Patrick Ginnetti, Earnest marketing manager. “When we set out to re-design the eCommerce store we wanted to deliver an experience you would not expect from a B2B company. The new site features tools you would find on some of the largest consumer product eCommerce sites in the world.”

“For the past several years, the fastener industry has been moving to hightech, low-touch sales automation programs,” noted Ginnetti. “While our new website has some of the latest high-tech tech tools that will help our customers save time and effort, there’s no substitute for our high-touch, customer-centric sales team and business development managers. Their sole focus is to get to know our customers and their needs so that we can be better partners.

“Our goal is to add value for our customers with services that are designed to solve their business needs and make their jobs easier.“
