August Distribution Performance Report

Embracing change can often, at times, be difficult. Last month we realized that we needed to make some changes in our day to day operations in order to improve our company metrics. That's why, this month, Earnest Machine is pleased to see our metrics on the rise since July. At Earnest, we are committed to delivering our customers the best in class customer experience and we will continue to closely monitor our metrics to ensure we meet this goal. 

Parts Accuracy




Part Accuracy: Our Part Accuracy metric falls just .07% shy of our goal with a score of 99.88% in August. We have an open corrective action to address this pattern. 


Quantity Accuracy



Quantity Accuracy: Our Quantity Accuracy met our goal of 99.94%.

Austell – 99.94%         
Indy – 99.94%  
England – 100.00%  
EMC – 100.00%    

Order Entry






Order Entry: Our Order entry metric remains .14 % below our goal of 99.93%. We will continue to work the existing corrective action to address this metric and are focused on bringing this metric back up to meet our goal. 

Order Entry Accuracy score was 99.79%. 


On Time Delivery

On-time Delivery: On-time delivery improved by 1.8% over July. We will continue to monitor this metric and we are pleased to see it moving in the right direction. 
On-Time Delivery – 91.28% (1.8% improvement)
Austell – 88.45% 
Indy – 95.04%
Service Guarantees: Twenty-five service guarantees were issued in August for a total of $1250.00.
