We carry the standard parts and sizes other distributors carry, but we know there are instances where there’s an oddball size or part that you just can’t find. There’s also times when the right part isn’t “right” when it comes off the shelf. That’s where our Engineering and Manufacturing Center comes in. Our secondary services include drilling, custom part fabrication, plating, and so much more. Whether it’s a custom or standard part, we measure the pick accuracy to ensure you are truly receiving The Right Part. 

 

The Right Quantity

 

We break the case, plain and simple. Why should you have to buy a whole case of product when really you only need a few pieces? There’s a cost to carrying excess inventory. Although it doesn’t seem like it, some fasteners do have a shelf life, not to mention storing extra product means there’s limited room for other products you could be selling. Selling in broken case means we have to be accurate, which is why we carefully track our Quantity Accuracy every month so you feel confident you’re getting the parts you ordered in The Right Quantity. 

 

On-Time

 

Time is money. It’s a cliché for a reason. That’s why our sales team works to quickly get you the quote you need. Additionally, when we moved our two distribution centers, we looked for areas of improvement to more efficiently pick and pack products, thereby getting them out the door faster for you. If you place an order before 3:30PM EST, it’s shipped the same day, giving you the piece of mind that it’s on its way. We carefully track our On-Time Delivery as part of our performance metrics, making sure any inconsistencies are addressed quickly so you can feel confident you will receive your order in a timely manner.  

 

Everytime

 

We share our Distribution Performance Reports monthly. We want to be as transparent as possible when it comes to our performance metrics including Parts Accuracy, Quantity Accuracy, Order Entry Accuracy, and On-Time Delivery. We have been carefully tracking these metrics for several years to find areas of improvement and in doing so, we’ve found a process that is reliable and repeatable which gives our customers a level of trust that if we do make a mistake, they understand it’s an anomaly.
