April Distributor Performance

We are maintaining part accuracy above goal and our order entry metrics are holding strong above goal as well. We continue to struggle with our quantity metric coming in below goal.  Our teams are working with the corrective action in place to address this slide in the metric.

Out of 8253 lines shipped in April, we had fewer than ten errors per metric.  We issued nine service guarantees in response to the April errors.  We continue to gain ground steadily with on our on-time delivery metric; in April we drove the metric up with a 2.91 increase. Our teams remain focused on improving this metric and driving it towards goal.
