February Distributor Performance

Earnest Machine is above goal for our Part Accuracy metric. We have fallen beneath goal in our Quantity and Order Entry metrics; however, out of 8,048 lines shipped in February, we had fewer than 10 errors per metric.  We issued fifteen service guarantees in response to the February errors.  

We continue to struggle with on our On-Time Delivery metric. We are making slight improvements; our focus on building strong teams with the right people in the right positions will help us reach our goal.

• On Time Delivery –(.81 increase from January)
