HEX FLANGE SCREWS
Hex
flange screws incorporate a large bearing surface (flange) into a one
piece head design. Most often used on Truck assemblies, the flange screw
is also an alternative to using a common hex capscrew and washer. The
large bearing surface provides the additional benefit of distributing
the clamp load over a larger bearing surface. There is minimal
indentation of the head into the bearing material, which prevents
loosening under normal and high vibration applications. Earnest stocks
Hex flange screws 1/4” through ¾” in both fine and coarse threads up to
4”in length. Full
